Site Signal v1 is a downloadable software product priced at USD79, paid once. One agency may use it for its own client reports. Reselling or redistributing the software is not permitted. No personalized analysis, website repairs, recurring monitoring or future updates are included.
Refunds
If Site Signal is not right for you, email contact@launchkitapps.com within 7 calendar days of purchase to request a full refund of the product purchase price. No reason is required. Include your order reference or checkout email so we can find your purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time until funds appear depends on that method. This voluntary commercial guarantee does not limit applicable mandatory consumer rights, including any longer withdrawal or refund periods and rights concerning defects, non-conformity or non-delivery.
Delivery & recovery
After Stripe confirms payment, the return page unlocks the ZIP automatically. Download links expire after 15 minutes and can be refreshed on that page. Browser access lasts up to 30 days. Save the ZIP safely. Save the private access file from the download page to restore your purchase in another browser or device for one year. If you lose both browser access and the saved file, contact support. Automatic email delivery and email recovery are not available.
Privacy
Stripe handles payment details and checkout information under its privacy policy. This service stores the Stripe order and payment identifiers, a random browser identifier hash, product version, amount, currency and fulfillment time. It does not store card numbers, buyer email addresses or report contents. Essential HttpOnly cookies keep your order accessible in the browser used to purchase. These checkout, download and recovery pages do not load Google tags. The separate public storefront offers optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement of browsing and verified purchases after your consent; see its privacy and cookie information. If you opt in before checkout, the existing order cookie also keeps a temporary measurement eligibility marker for that checkout. After payment is verified, the original browser may briefly visit a separate public confirmation page, then return to the download. That page receives only a short-lived signed measurement receipt with a pseudonymous transaction identifier, amount and currency. The receipt cannot unlock a download. Google receives those measurement fields only after the receipt is validated and the storefront preference still allows measurement. Stripe identifiers, private access tokens, emails and card data are not sent to Google by this integration. Declining measurement or a measurement failure does not prevent purchase or download. A supported campaign link may attach a shared campaign label to your Stripe checkout and purchase record so we can count orders from that link. This label is not a visitor identifier, and does not prove which ad led to a purchase. This internal campaign label is separate from optional Google measurement and does not store ad click identifiers in purchase records.
